Pyrite Cloud operates on a pay-as-you-scale model, and as such, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial usage, billing cycle changes, accidental deployments, or unused resources.
All subscriptions, deployments, and resource provisions on Pyrite Cloud are processed in real-time. Once an order is placed or a service is provisioned, it is final and cannot be cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to, compute instances, storage volumes, bandwidth allocations, and third-party integrations.
In the unlikely event of a platform-related issue or service disruption, please reach out to our Support Team immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we will investigate the incident and may provide service credits at our sole discretion.
For services that are integrated via third-party providers (e.g. container registries, etc.), any issues must be resolved directly with the respective provider as per their terms and support policies.
